[December 20, 2007]
Most of you are aware that we have been having a problem with our up-stream provider. We apologize for any missed calls or unreturned calls.
Since 2pm on December the 19th our connection to Atlanta that provides us with bandwidth has been down. Our failed attempts to get an answer from our current provider has given us no alternative other than to seek another option.
Today December 20, 2007 we have committed to a circuit from a Tier 1 provider with 24/7/365 support that will be installed on December 21, 2007 (Friday).
Rest assured that we have been working non-stop on this problem that is not even related to our current network. So do not make any changes to your system or computer.
We are currently using a backup circuit that allows access to the internet with limited speeds. Normal internet activity should resume Friday afternoon.
The transition to the new provider will be seamless and no local network changes will be needed for the exception of some of the business class customers.
VPN connections will also route properly as soon as the upgrade is complete.
Thank you for your continued support, and very understanding position as we work through this problem.
Ody and Chance..

[July 28, 2007]
On Sunday, August 5, 2007 between 3:00 AM EST and 7:00 AM EST there will be a mail system conversion. This should only affect the Neomail users.
Incoming email messages will be received by the server during this conversion, however they will be stored in the mail queue and not delivered to your mailbox until the conversion is completed.
The only foreseen issues which this update may cause are for those which use the NeoMail web mail program. The NeoMail software project has been abandoned and no further updates are available which make NeoMail incompatible with the new mail format, and thus the software must be disabled after this conversion is completed. Clients using this system will still be able to access the same email messages from the other web mail programs (Horde and Squirelmail). Any clients with an address book within the NeoMail program will need to contact our support after the conversion to have their address book converted to the Horde address book format.
Please call 334-793-FAST (3278) if you have any questions.
